To ensure your ballet flats and loafers maintain their elegance and comfort, we recommend the following care instructions:

Regular Cleaning

Gently remove dirt and dust with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after each wear. For deeper cleaning, use a suede brush for suede material and a damp cloth for nappa leather. Always test any cleaning method on a small, inconspicuous area first.

Avoid Water Exposure

While nappa and suede have their unique charms, they are not water-resistant. Protect your shoes from wet conditions to preserve their shape and finish. If your shoes do get wet, allow them to dry naturally away from direct heat.

Storage

When not in use, store your shoes in a cool, dry place. Use dust bags or the original packaging to protect them from dust and light.

SPECIFIC CARE FOR NAPPA LEATHER

Conditioning: Treat your nappa leather with a quality leather conditioner every few months. This helps maintain its suppleness and protects it from drying out.

Stain Removal: For minor stains, use a soft, damp cloth with a little mild soap. Gently wipe the affected area and immediately dry it with a clean cloth.

SPECIFIC CARE FOR SUEDE

Brushing: Use a special suede brush to lift and restore the nap. Brush gently in the direction of the grain, and for stubborn stains, a suede eraser can be useful.

Waterproofing: We recommend applying a suede protector spray before your first wear, which can help repel moisture and prevent staining.

ADDITIONAL TIP

Rotate Your Flarelles : to ensure longevity, alternate between different pairs of shoes.

This gives each pair time to breathe and recover from wear.
