Oriana comes from the Latin aurum — gold. It arrived in Italy in the fifteenth century through chivalric literature: the name given to the beloved, the woman the knight carried with him even when she wasn't there.

When I found this shade of emerald in goat suede, I understood immediately why Oriana needed a second version.

This particular shade of emerald belongs to the Italian countryside in October — the hills when the light gets low and everything turns deep and saturated. Oriana in emerald green is the kind of shoe people notice and immediately ask about.

Wear it with beige, with terracotta, with cream. It doesn't really care — it always wins.
