Return eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached, and free from signs of wear.
How to initiate a return
Contact our customer service team at getintouch@flarelle.it to request a return authorization.
Include your order number and the reason for return.
Return shipping costs are covered by us, so you won't incur any shipping costs when sending items back.
Refund process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for shoes that are in new, unworn condition.
Please follow the return process above and include a note indicating the item you wish to exchange for.
Non-returnable items
Please note that items purchased at a discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
